We are locating in Auckland CBD, serves customers with a wide range of Korean BBQ Buffet

meals. Now, we are seeking a skilled Korean BBQ Buffet Chef who has relevant qualification,

at least 3 years’ work experience and Korean BBQ Buffet food cooking skills. This is a full-time

Suitable applicants must have:

Relevant cook
qualification.

Minimum 3 years' chef experience specializing in Korean BBQ Buffet.

Culinary knowledge and cooking skills in Korean BBQ Buffet cuisine, sauces and ingredients.

Hygiene knowledge is essential.

Ability to design and create new
dishes to satisfy customer needs

Fluent in Chinese or English is preferred.

Valid visa that allows you to work in
NZ legally.

Job description

Plan and review menu for restaurant

Estimating food costs and setting & reviewing prices for menus

Discussing food preparation
with
& directing daily tasks to kitchen staffs

Preparing, cooking and presenting food in timely manner

Monitoring quality & quantity
of food in the whole process

Ensuring food preparing up to standard and properly cooked, and delivered on time.

Demonstrating new cooking techniques & equipment and advising on cooking procedures

to kitchen staff

Sharing culinary
knowledge & the updating
skills with other kitchen staff

Ordering food supplies and checking quality & quantity of goods

Sorting and storing the food supplies at chillier, freezer
and dry stock.

Enforcing hygiene and
safety regulations

Keeping kitchen & equipment clean, tidy and sanitized

Developing new dishes and making recipes to ensure customer satisfaction
