*The secret to make Kimchi pancake/ Kimchi Jeon successfully – 실패없는 요리팁 *
1/ Use well aged/ripe cabbage Kimchi – 묵은지를 사용하세요
2/ Poach the processed meats with hot boiling water – 가공육제품은 데쳐 주세요
3/ Use Ox bone soup or Anchovy kelp stock for the optimal taste – 가능하면 사골 육수로 아니면 멸치다시 육수를 사용해 주세요
4/ Use some portion of sauce to seasoning the stew and add some more if necessary – 양념장은 한번에 다 넣지 마시고 반만 넣고 끓인 후에 간을 본 후 필요시 더 추가하세요

*Ingredients for making K-Army Base Stew – 부대찌개 재료 *

300g well aged cabbage Kimchi 묵은지
300g Minced pork – 다진 돼지고기
200g Frankfurters – 후랑크 소시지
1 Can Spam – 스팸
½ Can- 200g Baked beans – 베이크드 빈스
1 Spring onion – 파 ½ Onion 양파 300g Tofu – 두부
*OPTIONAL Rice cakes 떡국떡
*OPTIONAL Instant Ramen 라면 사리
*OPTIONAL Frozen Dumplings 냉동만두
*OPTIONAL Sliced Cheese 치즈 슬라이스

*Sauce for stew – 양념장 *
2 TBS Gochujang- Korean chili pepper paste – 고추장
3 TBS Korean soy sauce for soup – 국간장
2 TBS Minced garlic – 저민마늘
3 TBS Korean chilli pepper powder – 고춧가루
1 TBS Sugar – 설탕
1 TBS Mirin- Cooking wine – 미린
Pinch of ground pepper – 후추 한꼬집

TBS = Tablespoon – 15ml , tsp = Teaspoon – 5ml , 1 Cup = 250ml
